Submitting Your Materials To My Office
When sending your completed questionnaire and / or supporting documents to my office, you have two options. You can send the completed questionnaire as an attached doc file and you can send scanned pdf files of your supporting documents as email attachments. Alternatively, you may send them by regular mail, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL. Sending your completed questionnaire and supporting documents via email is preferred. If sending hard copies, please mail/ship them to:
Visa Earth – Law Office of Matthew Udall

Note about your payment, the questionnaire, supporting documents and the speed of preparing and filing your case: I will send my questionnaire to you once I have been hired to work on your case. If you make your payment via credit card, I can immediately email my questionnaire to you as an attached doc file. You will complete the questionnaire using your computer. Once completed, you can email the completed questionnaire back to my office with pdf scans of your supporting documents. This is the fastest way to get the case prepared and filed with the USCIS.
If you make your payment via check, I will email the questionnaire to you once your check has arrived and cleared after being deposited in the Client Trust Account. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you can email the completed questionnaire back to my office with pdf scans of your supporting documents. Alternatively, you may send to my office hard copies of your completed questionnaire and supporting documents via regular mail, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL..
Do Not Send Cash:
I will not accept responsibility for any cash payment that is sent and lost or stolen in the mail. Payment is accepted by credit card or personal check. Payment by credit card is preferred. If paying by check, make it payable to Law Office of Matthew Udall.
U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail:
When sending hard copies of documents to my office, I prefer clients use Flat Rate U.S. Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. The Flat Rate priority mail postage fee is for priority mail packages of any weight when using the Flat Rate Envelope. For packages over 1 pound (that don't use the Flat Rate Envelope), the priority mail postage fee increases.
Tracking Your Priority Mail Delivery:
If you give your Flat Rate Priority Mail package to a postal worker at the Post Office, he or she will give you a receipt. On that receipt you will find a tracking number you can use to track the delivery of your package to my office. There is no additional postal fee for the tracking number or to use this tracking service. If you instead place your Flat Rate Priory Mail package into a mail box (instead of handing it to a postal worker at the Post Office), you will not receive a Post Office receipt and therefore you will not receive a tracking number nor will you be able to track the delivery of your package to my office. Therefore, I recommend clients take their Flat Rate Priority Mail package into the Post Office and hand it over to a postal employee at the counter in order to 1) make sure you have the proper amount of postage affixed, and 2) obtain a receipt with tracking number for your shipment.
Important Note About Weight:
Any package over 13 ounces must be taken into the post office and given to a postal employee.
Using Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL:
If you ship items to my office using Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL please talk to the carrier and select the option that will allow them to deliver your package to my office without requiring my signature. You will still be able to track the delivery using your carrier's tracking number regardless of whether or not I have to sign for the delivery.
